Ordered my helmet online unfortunately my new helmet didn't fit. Took it into my local shop. They organised a replacement bigger size. Telephoned me a couple of days l8tr Bish Bash Bosh new helmet bigger size fitted perfect. Couldt fault the customer service. Hey guys to finish it of J&S Accessories are using Clearpay now. Easier to pay. Spread the cost over 4 Fornightly payments.

I couldn't fault them even if I tried. Absolutely stunning customer service, within an hour of my first email the entire situation and refund were sorted. I see so many people who have had negative experiences in these reviews but the returns policy was clear and easy to follow. They were quick, polite and easy to talk to. One of the best customer service experiences I've had to date. Will be using J&S Accessories in the future for any other items I need.

Ordered helmet online. Arrived in good time and I was really impressed with the quality of the helmet. Unfortunately the medium size was extremely tight so I enquired online if possible to exchange at my local branch. They said not a problem. I called at my Aberdeen branch, tried a larger size on but they didn’t have the colour I wanted. They took mine back and ordered a new helmet for me on the Saturday and it arrived on Wednesday at my address. First class service

I ordered these online however I came into the Uckfield store first to get some recommendations and ensure I got the right size, the guy who helped me was an absolute star and very patient with me and all my questions, he took the time to help me and show me different items and even went out of his way with another colleague to give me advice on my bike and try to find solutions for my other problems, can't recommend them enough!
