Went into J&S in Hamilton and received excellent service from the staff. Always helpful and knowledgeable on the stock. Wasn’t sure which helmet I would buy but when I returned home I decided to order one from Axor from J&S. Order arrived promptly. Haven’t tried the helmet on bike yet but fits well and trying it on in the shop was a big help. Used J&S a few times now and they’ve always been good.

The boots were lovely, but unfortunately had to return due to fitting. I have returned and orderd a bigger size which are perfect. The returns instore was brilliant and recieved refund within 2 days.

I’m really impressed with both the service and the shirt. Delivery was next day, which was a great surprise and very convenient. The Frank Thomas Redwood shirt itself is excellent quality. The fit is perfect for me (XL, 46”), very comfortable and looks great in dark grey/black. It feels ideal for riding – stylish but also practical. Overall, 5-star experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!
