Good service however website issue as I wanted to pay by Klarna it instead took full payment on card. Contacted CS next day a, response saying cancelled the order so I was able to reorder, use the price match code, and correct payment option. HOWEVER order arrived, two jackets, pair of gloves. Seemed first order hadn't been cancelled nor had I been refunded! Second Jacket was my second order but the rest the gloves and back protector was being sent from elsewhere! They did arrive next day but you don't get no explanation. Alex tryed to be helpful but his use of "!" is irritable and not called for. Experience with locker return again seemed straightforward however far from that. No alerts or trackable data to follow returns. Just had to email JSA to try get information At the end of this just felt like cancelling everything as not worth the hassle, stress. Very unhappy to be honest

Service was good and delivered within my expectations. Just a couple of things that they could look at: 1. Show some photos of the attachment system for the panniers along with them fitted to a bike. It makes it easier to assess their size and ease of attachment. 2. Send an email that the goods have been dispatched and an estimated delivery date.
