Simple to use web site and pay without having to use PayPal or Klarna . Product sent free and with a good carrier. Product arrived within stated time. Return label enclosed but not required. Shopping this way was easier than trying clothes on in cramped changing rooms at J&S

The J&S service is great. Whether I buy a New helmet from them or replacement visor (this year). The products have always arrived on time, intact, and on price point which i think everyone will agree is a big plus. I have had direct comms from them too. They have a great team, professional, friendly and knowledgable. The only thing they cant supply is something no one can! Because production of the Wing mirror assembly (left and right) on my 21 yr old "love it to bits" bike is no longer made. So i had to repair them myself.
