We at J&S Accessories Ltd always try to ensure that our website and in-store information is accurate. We accept no responsibility for any loss which may be construed to be as a result of information contained on our website or in-store. J&S Accessories Ltd gives no warranty to any information contained on our website or in our stores.

If we are informed of any errors or inaccuracies on our website or in our stores we will correct the errors or inaccuracies as soon as possible.

The Goods
We warrant that all goods supplied by J&S Accessories Ltd will comply in all material respects with their description and that they will be of a satisfactory standard. The goods will be fit for the purpose that we say the goods are fit for or for any reasonable purpose that you use the goods for and that they will be free from any material defects in design or workmanship.

Warranty and Liability
The warranty on the goods does not apply to any defect arising from; fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident damage or negligence by you or any third party, using the goods in any way that we do not recommend or your failure to follow instructions regarding their use or carrying out alterations to goods without our written approval.

Refund Policy
We do not give refunds if the goods you have purchased are not faulty, we will if possible, exchange the goods or issue gift vouchers to the value of the original purchase but only if they are returned within 30 days of purchase with the original tags and are in perfect condition. Proof of purchase must be produced, this can be a till receipt, credit card statement or a Bank statement. Consumer law states that you cannot return goods to a store for a refund if you are not happy with size, colour, fit or you have simply changed your mind.

Returns Policy
All goods carried in-store are sold with a minimum warranty of 12-months. After 30 days from the date of purchase and following examination, the goods if faulty will be repaired or replaced. We reserve the right to have the faulty goods inspected by our suppliers and this will sometimes involve the goods being sent away for inspection, we will always try to ensure that this is carried out as quickly as possible.

Pricing Policy
Whilst every care is taken to ensure that all of our goods are correctly priced in-store, sometimes errors do occur and we do reserve the right to withdraw any incorrectly priced goods from sale.


Covid-19 Clothing In-Store Staff Health & Safety Guidelines.

  1. Control entry and exit to prevent overcrowding. Customer numbers to be confirmed!
  2. Ascertain customer requirements on entry so you can direct / deal with them in a timely manner.
  3. Please advise customers to wash their hands at the cleaning station before entering.
  4. Always keep a minimum of 2-metre distance and advise customers for their safety and yours to adhere to this on entry and throughout the shop.
  5. Please advise customers about touching their face during their shopping at the store.
  6. Toilets are for staff only and should be cleaned after use.
  7. No refreshments to be given to customers.
  8. Staff to wash hands regularly and use hand sanitiser.
  9. Staff to wear gloves, masks, or snoods.
  10. Staff must always be seen to be practicing social distancing, we will need to limit how many staff are behind the counter at any one time.
  11. Ensure that customers wear a disposable balaclava when trying on crash helmets.
  12. All helmets that have been tried on must be sanitised if they are not purchased.
  13. All customer to sanitise hands before trying on gloves and advised not to touch their face during this time.
  14. Facemasks to be warn when dealing with customers.
  15. Faulty products to be accepted, advise customers we will need to hold for 72-hours before we can process the return / repair.
  16. We will need to extend warranties on goods that have already been sold by at least two months when we return on 1st June 2020.
  17. Returns will be allowed but need to be quarantined for 72-hours before going back on display/stock room.
  18. We will accept cash, staff to wear gloves at the till.
  19. Clean down till and PDQ machine after use.
  20. Phones to be cleaned / wiped after every use.
  21. Make sure all Counters are cleaned daily.
  22. Instore J&S Radio to be playing always.
  23. Think before you act.
  24. Keep customer interaction down to a minimum.
  25. Contact HQ if you require more social distancing window stickers, floor stickers, car park signs hand cleaners or sanitisers etc.
  26. If in doubt speak to your Line Manager with any concerns you may have.
  27. Fitting rooms can be used where necessary, reduce contact and maintain social distancing. Garments that have been tried on are to be sanitised and returned to stock.
