Klarna will email you to advise that your application has been declined and give you the names of the credit reference agencies used. You can contact them to receive a detailed overview of your credit history.
All customers have a right to withdraw from the credit agreement. You will need to inform Klarna of your intention to withdraw within 15 days from the day you receive the welcome pack. Contact Klarna Customer Services directly on 020 300 50833. Klarna will require you to repay the outstanding balance of the loan.
