Product Sizes And Enquiries
Q: Why don't I see any European sizes?
A: We've converted all European sizes to UK sizes. This makes it easier for you to select the correct size.
Q: What about sizes from different brands, sometimes they are not like-for-like?
A: We've taken that into consideration and re-sized all of the products to a standard UK size. Just select your normal UK size and you should be fine.
Q: What happens if I purchase a product and the size isn't quite right?
A: No problem! You can either return it to us and we'll swap it for your alternative size, or take it to one of our nationwide stores and exchange it there. If we don't have your new size in stock, you can either select an alternative product (and we'll refund or charge you the difference) or you can have a full refund.
Q: I cannot find the item I am looking for online, do you have it or can you get it?
A: We can look in to this for you – just email us at email@example.com
Q: I am after some expert advice on a product, can you help me?
A: Of course! Either email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01606 810800 in opening hours to speak to an advisor on the phone.
Q: Why I don’t see a Wishlist button?
A: The Wishlist feature is only available once you've created an account and signed-in
Q: Where can I view my Wishlist?
A: Login to your account (select MY ACCOUNT on the top-right of the screen) and select Wish List
Q: What can I do with my Wishlist?
A: You can add products to your Wishlist as you find them and build up a list of desired products. You can also take a Wishlist into one of our nationwide stores to make the in-store shopping experience even more easier.
Q: Is it secure to buy online through your site?
A: It has never been more secure! – our new site is a fully secure site (you can tell this by the address: https://www.jsaccessories.co.uk) The S after the http means the site is fully secure – and there should be a lock symbol in the top left hand side of the search engine bar. This means your details are secure and protected. Also we use Sagepay or Paypal to process your card details which are both fully secure sites.
