AGV K3 SV Helmet Mir 2017 product information

The AGV K3-SV Mir 2017 is brand new for 2018. A replica of Joan Mir's helmet from his record-setting 2017 season, winning 10 races to secure the Moto3 World Championship. The K-3 SV full face motorcycle helmet was developed by AGV utilising the knowledge gained during the design process of their Pista GP, Corsa and GT Veloce helmets. AGV's technical department utilised Finite Element Analysis (FEM) to develop a high-performance motorbike helmet in terms of comfort, aerodynamics and safety. The outer shell of the K-3 SV is AGV's HIR-TH (Hi-Resistant Thermoplastic) resin which is very strong with excellent impact properties. The anti-scratch clear polycarbonate visor gives 100% protection from UV rays and has an Anti-Fog Pinlock insert. The Visor ratchet system can be customised; choose from Touring, Race and City by changing the toothed mechanism and the XQRS (Extra Quick Release System) gives tool-free removal and replacement of the visor in seconds. Internally the AGV K-3 SV has a multi-density E.P.S. inner shell for impact absorption, with a fully removable, washable lining. Comfort is further enhanced by the adjustable 4 front air inlets and 2 rear extractors, micro opening de-mist visor mechanism and internal channelling ventilation system which gives fantastic airflow inside the helmet. An internal sun visor, micrometric retention system, and removable breath and chin protectors add to the high-specification of this AGV helmet. AGV have expanded their best-selling K-3 SV range and the K-3 SV Mir 2017 is one of the latest releases of their replica helmets.
