I explained, the guy was polite and understood my problem. He checked to see if the next size up was in stock, it was. I went down same day and exchanged. Good in store. Could also call general customer services and talk to a person about an online purchase (the helmet I wanted was not in the store I visited). Very helpful and useful (I bought an 'old' helmet model, one of the last still for sale in the country, and was told clearly whether ones left in stock were new or been out and returned once or more, or was a shop display model. Fantastic. They were able to ensure it was the unsent, unboxed one I was sent. Great. And gave me a little discount !
