How long has J&S been established?
J&S was established over 30 years ago and is a British institution as far as the motorcycle industry goes! With over 30 years of experience you can trust in us!

What happens if I order something and need to return it?
It is very easy to return to us for a refund/exchange.
Please notify us before returning goods by calling 01606 810 811 (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm only) or e-mail info@jsaccessories.net.
With the returned item please include your name, address and ideally a copy of the invoice along with the reason for return and whether you require an exchange or a refund. In the case of an exchange please include re-postage money, at the same rate as was charged on the first order. All correspondence and returns should be sent to:

Goods must be returned unused within 30 days of the invoice date.
Postage cannot be refunded (with the exception of faulty goods).
We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered or damaged returned goods, any claims for undelivered goods must be made through the carrier that they were dispatched with.
The above returns policy refers to items bought online and via mail order only - this does not cover items bought in our stores.
Yes we do sell motorcycles and scooters - we have a motorcycle website www.jsaccessories.com or call your local dealer to discuss bikes. These details are on our stores page (Find your store link here!)
How much do you charge for delivery? How long will my item take to arrive?
We aim to send out on a next day delivery service and usually get orders out within 1 working day. Smaller deliveries are sent with Royal Mail signed for. Delivery costs depend on your location. UK mainland delivery is £5.50 or £3.50 (smaller items are £3.50) or £6.50 for extra heavy goods. We also post abroad. Postage costs are as follows:

These prices are up to 25 KG - so if you order a few things you will only have to pay one postage. If your country is not here contact us and we can find out a price for you.
